I’m a product designer based in Moab, UT with 6+ years of experience.
I’ve built my life around my passions: creating things and playing outside.
Currently, you'll find me optimizing telehealth patient experiences and clinical workflows at AgelessRx. Previously, I’ve designed B2B and B2C products across early-stage startups and Fortune 100 enterprises.
My superpowers are systems thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven design. I'm always seeking to better understand user behavior through continuous research and iterative experimentation.
Outside of design, I'm a bikepacker, whitewater boater, painter, and self-described foodie.

01
Design principles
Lead with curiosity
I believe good design starts with understanding. I dig deep to uncover user and stakeholder needs — asking “why,” challenging assumptions, and keeping an open mind to new perspectives.
I value collaborative environments where healthy debate and open communication are encouraged. The best outcomes come from teams where everyone can make their voice heard.
Bias toward action
In fast-paced environments, it can be easy to overanalyze. In the face of decision paralysis, I've learned to pick an informed direction, embrace failure as feedback, and iterate quickly as insights emerge.

Work experience
AgelessRx – Senior Product Designer
OCT 2023 - PRESENT | REMOTE
As the company's first internal product designer, I established a mobile-first design system and spearheaded user research practices to bring user needs to the forefront.
Designed an extended subscription experience that retained $1.7M in revenue during an FDA regulatory crisis
Completely rebuilt the patient intake and checkout experience to support logic-based, personalized journeys
Increased account creation and page engagement through iterative, full-funnel redesigns
Designed a 0→1 branch of the EMR (Electronic Medical Record) system to support a new membership-based business model
OPENLANE – UX Interaction Designer
APR - OCT 2023 | REMOTE
This wholesale vehicle buying & selling platform included a web app and two iOS and Android apps. I joined right as a rebrand was announced, and primarily worked with two other designers to completely rebuild their design system to support the new brand across all surfaces, optimizing accessibility and usability along the way.
Bike & Build – Trip Leader
JUN - AUG 2022 | Across the USA
As part of a sabbatical to explore outdoor-focused non-profits, I co-led a 4,200 mile cross-country bike tour to raise awareness for affordable housing. Along with three incredible co-leads, we designed our route, managed everyday logistics, planned weekly affordable housing projects, and got our whole team safely from Portsmouth, NH to Bellingham, WA.

Brillio – UX Consultant
DEC 2021 - APR 2022 | REMOTE
As a consultant, I was tasked with winning new client business. This included delivering an iOS healthcare app design for Centene Corporation, redesigning a web app for Terminix commercial pest control customers, and co-facilitating a 3-day workshop with Cartus employees to improve their service offerings.
Logistics Coordinator – Outward Bound
May - Oct 2021 | Mazama, WA
In the midst of the pandemic, I took a step away from big tech to revisit my love for outdoor education. I spent the summer coordinating multi-week backcountry expeditions for young adults: managing gear, food, and travel logistics for sea kayaking, mountaineering, and backpacking programs.

Cisco Systems – UX & Visual Designer
DEC 2018 - MAY 2021 | RALEIGH, NC
Starting out as a graphic designer for the marketing department, I later transitioned to the Global UX team managing the design system for all of Cisco.com. This was an incredible education on designing at scale, contributing to a system that served 45+ regional sites in 25+ languages.
In my time at Cisco, I collaborated with global, cross-functional teams to design and ship new components, built a strong foundation in user testing and interview skills, and completely redesigned their small business site area through iterative A/B testing.

Let’s chat.
Drop me a line and let me know what you’re thinking — from spicy design challenges to even spicier bike tours, I’m all ears.
